SPECIAL FEATURES

Semi hard anodised aluminum cylinder barrel is produced from refunded extrusion process with special cad drawing of the internal & external diameters, thus ensuring roundness, smooth finish and long life of the bore / Seamless tubes duly honed & hard chrome plated.
High Strength steel piston rod is accurately ground and hard chrome plated to ensure anti-corrosion and maximum life of seals / Stainless steel.
Piston seals made of synthetic rubber with an extra long and rigid inner lip provides an anti-twist grip on the piston giving millions of maintenance free cycles/ Imported seals are also used for our Hydraulic Cylinders.

Specially designed cushion gives a smooth cushioning effects and jerk free reversal of the piston.
Cylinders with double ended rod option also available.
Cylinders with facility of stroke adjustment available as an option.

Permanent magnet for actuation of reed switches can be provided on the piston as an option.
